I recorded and produced the video for my Multimedia Design class. Thanks to my Interactivity for the Web class I created a web page to incorporate the video with an illustration. In honor of my late dad’s birthday I created this illustration of the last meal I made for him. He dictated the instructions from the kitchen table while I sweated over a hot stove (just a little hyperbole for effect). Click on the illustration to see it. Nate and Salli from Studio SSS invited friends, artists, illustrators and designers to submit a favorite recipe for Nate’s blog, They Draw and Cook. I did. North African Lettuce Chicken connotes complicated. Ha! It’s too easy. Since I received this recipe some years ago from my subscription to The Splendid Table newsletter my partner and I make it a regular weeknight menu item.
