In honor of my late dad’s birthday I created this illustration of the last meal I made for him. He dictated the instructions from the kitchen table while I sweated over a hot stove (just a little hyperbole for effect). Click on the illustration to see it. I’m thinking about Christmas, the gift giving season, the holiday of high expectations. I haven’t printed via my letterpress for over a year. A year! So many excuses but really who wants to hear them. I don’t. I uploaded last year’s work. This year like lose marbles in my head ideas are rolling and colliding. It explains the headaches.
